Dr.Johnson Huang

Dr.Huang was born in Taichung, Taiwan and moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada when he was 11. He finished top in his graduating high school class with multiple awards and later completed his first degree in biochemistry at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. After a period of committed pharmaceutical research in Type II diabetes mellitus at the University Hospital, Dr.Huang was later admitted to the post-graduate Dentistry program at The University of Sydney. It was at this institution where he was also awarded with the Prize in Periodontology upon graduation.

Ranging from tooth restorations to practice management, Dr.Huang has an unwavering passion for general dentistry and to constantly provide the highest quality of care to his patients. He has learnt a great deal of dentistry skills throughout his previous employments at Westmead and Sydney Dental Hospitals and private practices in Belmont, North Sydney, Chatswood, Mosman, Sydney CBD and Woy Woy.

His special interests in dentistry include implantology, complex restorative treatments, and orthodontics including early intervention orthopedic dentistry, fixed braces, and clear aligners (Invisalign, Clear Correct, E-Clinger, True Smile etc). He is currently completing his MBA degree from Australian Catholic University and the Graduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry at The University of Sydney.

Many patients have been seeing Dr.Huang for a number of years since he is friendly, approachable, and explains options well to his patients.

Beyond the scope of dentistry, he enjoys fine dining and spending time with his two young ones.
